Our steam cleaning process also minimizes pest, bacteria and biological issues. We are also equipped with bigger hot-water pressure cleaners for larger food production kitchen and venues.
The highest priority is given to hygiene. This is what distinguishes our service. After steam cleaning operation the kitchen equipment and surfaces are thoroughly processed using our special food-grade sanitizer, in order to increase the hygiene level.
We can provide an effective pest management service to commercial kitchens, if this is not already in place. This is an important part of our Kitchen Hygiene Service Program.
Our staff is specially trained to steam clean all areas of commercial and food production kitchens. This technology effectively cleans kitchen fittings, equipment, rangehoods, walls, floors, under/behind the equipment and difficult areas.

Our sanitizing procedure, using BCR special food-grade sanitizer, applied to kitchen surfaces after the clean, will further raise the level of hygiene of your kitchen.
Steam cleaning, sanitizing and pest management constitute our Kitchen Hygiene Service. Therefore, BCR can provide an effective pest management service, if this program is not already in place.
A cleaning service report is emailed to management after each service with before and after photos.
A checklist is completed and clipped on the board after each service for management and food inspectors.
