    Professional Kitchen Steam Cleaning & Sanitizing Sydney

    What is a BCR's kitchen hygiene service plan?


    • Let the kitchen staff handle the daily up-keep of your kitchen.
    • Use BCR's  Kitchen Cleaning Serices weekly, fortnightly, or monthly service for steam cleaning all areas of commercial kitchens (including equipment, fittings, walls, floors, rangehood and difficult areas).
    • We then treat all cleaned surfaces with our food-grade sanitizer, increasing the level of hygiene and cleanliness of your kitchen.

    Weekly - Fortnightly - Monthly Service


    Cooking Areas (under the rangehood)


    • Steam clean external of all equipment
    • Steam clean all fittings and racks
    • Steam clean and polish all stainless steel walls
    • Steam clean all tile walls
    • Steam pressure clean walls, floors, pipes and fittings (attention behind and under the equipment)
    • Steam clean and detail all difficult areas


    Kitchen Areas


    • Steam pressure clean entire kitchen below bench level - walls, pipes, and fittings
    • Steam clean all wall surfaces
    • Steam pressure clean all floor areas (attention under equipment, benches, and fridges)


    Rangehood

    • Steam clean rangehood and oil traps


    Sanitizing


    Treat all equipment and kitchen surfaces with a special food-grade sanitizer.

    Checklist


    Complete checklist after each service and clip on the board for management and food inspectors. Email soft copy to management with before / after service photos.


    Cost for Average Kitchen


    Weekly service cost - $250 plus GST

    Fortnightly service cost - $300 plus GST

    Monthly service cost - $400 plus GST

    Kitchen Steam Cleaning


    Our professional teams are fully trained to steam clean and improve the hygiene level and over-all cleanliness of your kitchen. Our steam cleaning process also minimizes pest, bacteria and biological issues. We are also equipped with bigger hot-water pressure cleaners for larger food production kitchen and venues.


    Kitchen Sanitizing Treatment


    The highest priority is given to hygiene. This is what distinguishes our service. After steam cleaning operation the kitchen equipment and surfaces are thoroughly processed using our special food-grade sanitizer, in order to increase the hygiene level.


    Pest Management

    Sanitizing Service

    Our sanitizing procedure, using BCR special food-grade sanitizer, applied to kitchen surfaces after the clean, will further raise the level of hygiene of your kitchen.


    Pest Management

    Steam cleaning, sanitizing and pest management constitute our Kitchen Hygiene Service. Therefore, BCR can provide an effective pest management service, if this program is not already in place.


    Report

    A cleaning service report is emailed to management after each service with before and after photos.


    Checklist

    A checklist is completed and clipped on the board after each service for management and food inspectors.
